Follow these steps:
- Ask her not to resign based on verbal discussion.
- Let the management give her in writing that they want her to resign, they will never do it.
- I'm not a lawyer yet I know that nobody can terminate her or ask her to leave just because she is Pregnant.
- Ping me if this doesn't helps. I assure you that no one can remove her from her position in this situation.
- However, if she resigns citing personal reason then it would be really difficult to prove that she resigned under pressure. Ask her not to resign under external pressure.
