A Company Can't Force A Pregnant Lady To Resign

Follow these steps:

1. Ask her not to resign based on verbal discussion.
2. Let the management give her in writing that they want her to resign, they will never do it.
3. I'm not a lawyer yet I know that nobody can terminate her or ask her to leave just because she is Pregnant.
4. Ping me if this doesn't helps. I assure you that no one can remove her from her position in this situation.
5. However, if she resigns citing personal reason then it would be really difficult to prove that she resigned under pressure. Ask her not to resign under external pressure.
