What are the new features that Quora is Planning to unveil?

The new features which are on the cards can be revealed by Adam D'Angelo or his team. But, I want to use this question as an opportunity to offer a few advice as an addicted Quora user for almost 3 months.
Here is my wishlist based on my experience:

• Better help to newbies- When I wrote my first answer on Quora, it was considered as a spam and I was termed as a spammer. I was offended and I though that I would never return to this site. But, within a week, I swallowed my ego, realized my mistake and got back to Quora. I feel that I am good at observation. So, I learned from others, I read the collapsed answers of others to figure out why they have been collapsed and much later came across the guidelines. It is sometimes unfair and harsh for the new comer on Quora when they are caught off-guard. I feel that Quora can have a simple guidelines of the major rules and regulations available at the finger tip. 
• Help the Nomads- When I came to Quora, I decided not to link it to my Facebook Profile. So, 99% of all those who followed me are unknown to me in real life, it is liberating as I am more comfortable to fail in front of strangers than in front of those who know me in real life. Here, many users have curated the list of people whom we should follow on each topic but I request quora to curate a list of some 40-50 users on Popular topics like Life, India, Microsoft, Google, Quora, etc who can be followed easily. It will help the newbies and those with 3 months of experience on quora as well :)
• Moderation can be done in a less painful way- I also volunteer to curb Misleading advertisements on Television which make false claims. I had led to removal of advertisements by leading MNCs when they made misleading claims. I got featured as an ASCI Ambassador  for  doing online volunteering which was like job of a moderator. I know it's an important but thankless job and that's why I respect them a lot. When I raise an objection to the Advertising Industry Watchdog in India, The Advertising Standards Council of India - about an advertisement then it gives a time frame to the advertiser to respond. But, here, I have found on Quora that we never get warning if we are not following any rule by mistake. When my answers are flagged and I don't understand the reason then it is painful as I am a moderator as well as a person with strong understanding of legal and contractual terms. On Quora, we can make an appeal but there are few moderators and hence it takes weeks to get a response on a request. Please increase the number of Moderators and Administrators
• How to increase the number of Moderators or Administrators? You can invite for application from users as per the criteria chosen by Quora. " They can be quizzed about their knowledge or interpretation of the rules and guidelines of Quora. People who are well versed with legal and contractual terms and conditions can be taken on-board if they are up to the satisfaction of Quora.
• Where Quora wants to head?  When I see forward messages or popular articles of Facebook or Whatsapp on Quora with thousands of upvotes. I am a bit worried about the future of Quora. I personally feel that this place should be for more original works rather than copy paste messages from elsewhere. It sometimes de-motivates genuine writers. Hope you can promote original and good content over brilliant but copied stuffs in future.
• Promotion: All that glitters is not gold. I have kept my secret wish for the last. I want to ask Quora to do something so that better and detailed answers written by underrated and unknown writers get more views from people who read long texts. There are wonderful popular writers like Balaji Viswanation, James A, etc who write long answers and they are loved by others but I hope quora can do something to encourage and promote the long, detailed answer from unknown writers as well.
• Fear: I am an engineer who is sharp with legal and contractual terms. It's my bread and butter as I work with contractors from different countries on a mega project but I am still unclear when Quora will block my answer or will block me someday. I learned that Top Writer Xu has been banned for 6 months. I don't doubt the judgement of Quora but that made me wonder that what if one day I am blocked. There is always an underlying fear. I am still not sure whether this answer will survive or it will be flagged as unhelpful or a comment. Rather than doing so, make us understand the rules of the game. Let us know where we are going wrong as I am addicted to Quora and I love it but It feels like my rented house and I feel more comfortable and homely at my blog on Google. Hope you would understand the concerns and will address few of them.

Quora is the best website for me. I hardly open any other website nowadays because of my heavy addiction of Quora. For me, Quora= Internet. A handful of people at Quora are catering to the needs of 10 million people. Hats off to all of them. Hat's off to the Admins and Moderators who are working passionately to keep quora clean. Thank you for reading my wishlist. I don't care if Quora fulfill any of my wish or not as I am in a committed relationship with Quora.
