The nicest things someone said about me

Handwritten note from Ex-Boss

My Family and relatives often shower praise on me. But, it is amazing when it comes from someone beyond our own family and friends. My ex-Boss said the nicest things when we were together. He appreciated for every single achievement. He was compassionate and a Mentor who wrote a heartfelt handwritten note six months ago while moving out to play a bigger role in the International Arena.

My dear brother ROHAN,

It was truly a great pleasure to have worked with you. You have been a great support to the team and especially to me. You have tremendous potential and possess a great quality of perseverance.

I sincerely wish you a very Bright Future and eagerly look forward to work with you again in the near future.

Be happy and keep smiling!

Your Elder Brother

(Does he sounds like ex- DGM of the Largest Construction Company in India)

EDIT: I am adding a photo of us which was taken at around 10 PM in Jan, 2014 when we were working late to make sure that everything is perfect before the Inauguration of Terminal 2 - Mumbai International Airport on 12th Jan 2014 by the then Prime Minister of India...miss those days :)

PS- I am looking fatter due to that jacket... Huh.. :(

A Boss who is a leader, a motivator and a Mentor is really hard to get. I have been luck to have one who nurtured me during my nascent years. He was loved and respected by all.

You can read the quotes dedicated to him at the end. Many have copied from the internet but this humbled man read out all the quotes dedicated to him one by one and then made fun of him and also pulled leg of each one of us.

He even told that " You guys are taking the revenge of all the hard work I made you to do by comparing me to the likes of Steve job". He pulled leg of everyone who was extravagant in his praise. I wrote that "Getting a job in NASA is easier than getting a boss like you".

My feeling were true but he did a mimicry version to make a sad farewell dinner into one of the most memorable time of my life. He added that Rohan, please get me a job in NASA. Oh! hello, I am still you Boss, please don't make fun of me, Yaar (Buddy) [we all were laughing like we are not colleagues but a bunch of college friends]

Your perception of Bosses might change after reading the following quotes and my tribute post   The Perfect Boss.
