Why " The Hindu" Newspaper has less circulation?

1. There are more casual readers than sincere readers in the world. As The Hindu has more of serious and thoughtful articles which are more popular in certain reading elite class, hence, its sales in relatively less.
2. It is not running behind too many ads.- Many newspaper have full page ad on the first and last page. But The Hindu is not following suit.
3. It is like for those who love Classical things will always love R.K Narayan more that Chetan Bhagat despite the fact that Chetan Bhagat has sold more books.
4. The Hindu is like an Art movie and is not tempted by the mainstream movies (read other newspapers).
5. The readership of The Hindu may be less but the reader are loyalist as they know what they are getting. It is the same like Sale of apple products is much less than Android phones. But the brand loyalty can always be seen with Apple.
