How Balaji Viswanathan Manages To Write Long, Elaborate And Great Answers?

As per his LinkedIn Profile, Balaji is "Product Manager at Black Duck Software".
How does he manage to write long, elaborate and great answers?
It is so because he finds time to do what will help million of people online. In the process, he became an Icon for many people across the globe. I'm an ardent fan of Balaji and here is my take on this question.
  1. Purpose driven- He is not on Quora for entertainment. He write long, elaborate and great answers which servers various purposes outside Quora.
  2. He is a published author. I took inspiration from him and Business Insider featured my suggestions on Interpersonal skills. Those answers from where the they took input had less than 20 upvotes.
  3. Upvotes don't indicate Quality. Balaji taught me early through his Quora answers that Upvotes are not a benchmark of Quality. Writing content of less or no value is a real waste of time. This left him with no choice other than quitting or writing helpful stuffs.
  4. Write stuffs that inspire your readers. While I stopped writing for audience- over a dozen quora answers got thousands of upvotes each. Balaji taught that Patience pays...Know your audience but don't write just for them. Let Quality attract readers.
  5. His answers would be an asset while writing books. I'm sure that his quora answers would help him publish many books on wide range of topics like Business Starategy, Startups, Indian History, India, Indian Ethnicity & People, Economics, Politics of India, History, World History, International Relations, Jobs and careers, etc.
  6. Balaji knows how to get lucky and that's why he finds time to write great answers Rohan Sinha's answer to How do I get some of my best Quora answers published in TIME, Forbes, Fortune like Balaji Viswanathan?
Is Balaji Viswanathan lucky?
Yes, he is!
He is lucky because he has sharp memory, good reading speed, good command over language to explain complicated things in an easy way. The analogies he uses are just awesome.
He is so lucky. I don't feel jealous of him. Because, I know how he got lucky.
Because, I know how to get published in TIME, FORBES,etc.
He is lucky because he works hard. He is a published author because he works hard, really hard. He is disciplined and self motivated. He is on quora for many years and is contributing constantly. It reflects his level of commitment. He writes quality stuffs. He entertains while explaining the most boring topics. He even upvoted couple of my really long, boring but helpful answers. So yes, he has patience, also.
Above all, he is a master execution specialist. He gets things done. When you keep learning and writing high quality stuffs that helps the readers immensely then sooner or later you will get published in TIME, FORBES,etc.
LUCKY THINGS HAPPEN WHEN WE KEEP DOING MANY THINGS!
All the best :)
