P3-It would be hard to maintain next year. :(
Behind the scene, the office assistant who contributed to their success was unaffected by all this. He was asking everyone how much they have got and things like that.
It was heartbreaking to realize that the annual salary of the office assistant was less than the annual bonus of all of those folks. But, he keep cheering everyone. Definitely, the office assistant was the happiest in the room.
What an Irony? The happiest person is not evaluated and considered for performance review and Bonus. Bonus are awarded to motivate employees to work harder and stay happy. Really!!!
Really, there is something wrong with the system or the office assistant. But one thing is certain that "He is a happy person".
