I am turning 28 today. Please advise best life lessons

Belated Happy Birthday! I am sharing below some of the best lessons learned in life. Please read it till end and you will see the difference it will bring in your approach towards life.
  1. When you meet a genuine human being, never let them go out of your sight. If possible, bring them in your life as a lifelong friend, an extra sibling or the love of your life.
  2. Have few people with whom you are comfortable sharing your weaknesses, it's therapeutic. But, remember, never reveal your secrets to someone unless they have been tried and tested before.
  3. PROCRASTINATION is a double edged sword which acts as a great tool for highly effective people. They procrastinate to send a nasty email when they are hurt. So, later when they calm down, they realize that procrastination saved them. Whereas, when they get a brilliant idea, they don't wait for the right time, they act then and there.
  4. Financial Literacy is one of the most neglected lessons. My ex-boss taught me the importance of Investment. Buying an Iphone on EMI looks cool but it's a liability not an asset. Build Assets Reduce Liability.
  5. Improve your metabolism- Our heart in tiny compared to our body. When we are a few extra pounds, our heart has to work harder and longer to keep supplying pure blood to all the nooks and corners of the body. It has no leaves and had to work tirelessly. So, it is better to eat healthy food, go for exercise, morning walk, yoga, etc to stay fit and healthy. Love your heart as it is where your loved ones stays.
  6. Learn the difference between Expenditure and Investment. If you get 10000 bucks and you brought X and  the worth of X gets ( say 15000) in 3 years then it is an Investment. If you used that 10000 bucks to buy Y, which will depreciate and would yield 500 Rupees after 3 years then it's an expenditure. A fine balance between X's and Y's are important to be successful in life.
  7. Low Risk Low Return, High Risk High Return-  Don't put all your eggs in one basket. The more diversified your investment, the better yield you get in life.
  8. Passionate People are happy people. Everyone has something good in them. If your hobbies don't lead to a potential career then I am delighted that you might open a new floodgate of opportunities by pursuing it differently.  Larry Page invented Google ( a search engine) when there was no market for Search engines.
  9. Money is a terrible master but a wonderful servant. It cannot go with you when you leave this world. But, it will let you enjoy the worldly pleasures till you are here. You can go to vacation in Hawaii, Visit Europe for a year, Travel like a nomad, Do charity for poor and needy people, Build school, hospitals, and many other noble things can be done. But, remember, money is just what petrol is for your car.  It's equally important. (Think) MONEY=PETROL; LIFE=CAR
  10. Build your Immunity system and Stay away from Hospitals. My youngest cousin is in first semester. He fell ill and had been hospitalized. Our family, relatives all were so concerned as the fever he got was as high as 105.6 deg F. After spending 1 lakh on hospital and other expense like flight tickets to take him back to hometown. We all learned a lesson that we must never ignore our health. He had no disease and was having only viral infection. The poor immunity was the culprit.
